ORDERS
Although orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at the Formaticum webstore, we are closed on weekends. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
Formaticum accepts the following credit cards: Mastercard and Visa. We do not accept cash, checks or money orders. We do not ship C.O.D. All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices listed on www.formaticum.com do not reflect the cost of delivery and applicable taxes. Sales taxes will automatically be added to any applicable purchase. We require 24 hours to process your order; most orders are shipped within 24 hours from when the order was placed. If an order will not be shipped within 48 hours, we will contact you via email.
You will receive an order confirmation via e-mail once your order has been received. A shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been processed and shipped. This confirmation e-mail will include the tracking number for your package.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If we are out of stock on a particular item, we will send you an e-mail to notify you and include an expected delivery date for the item out of stock. If your order includes other items ready to ship, we will send those without the out of stock item and send the remaining part of the order when inventory allows.
SHIPPING
We ship using Fedex. Shipping charges are figured based on your order's weight, the size of the shipping box, the destination's zip code, and type of delivery service chosen (Fedex Ground, Fedex 2 Day, Fedex Overnight).
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Customers may buy gift certificates from our webstore 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Formaticum gift certificates are only valid through our online store.
RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with a Formaticum purchase or gift for any reason, please return it for an exchange or merchandise credit. Unused products can be returned within 7 days of receipt and must be returned unbroken with all original packaging. Formaticum credit will be issued within 14 days of receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot credit any shipping or handling charges. Customers must pay all shipping and handling charges associated with retuned items.
POLICY CHANGES
If we decide to change our policies in whole or in part, we will inform you by posting a notice on our web site. Those changes will go into effect on the date posted in the notice. The new policy will apply to all current and past users of our web site and will replace any prior policies that are inconsistent. This policy was posted in July 2007.
