  • A general cheese knife will easily cut allĀ firm or hard cheeses. Blade measures 8.5" long x 1.25" wide.
  • A soft cheese knife will easily cut allĀ softĀ cheeses. The void in the blade helps prevent sticking.Ā  Blade measures 8.5" long x 1.25" wide.
  • A blue cheese knife will easily cutĀ blueĀ cheese without making a mess. The thin blade prevents sticking. Blade measures 8" long x 0.25" wide.
  • A cheese spreader knife works well for serving gooey and fresh cheeses. Blade measures 3.75" long x 1.25" wide.
