For the Love of Cheeses

"Mark Goldman, cheese enthusiast, founder and owner of Formaticum, is on a mission to educate retailers and the public about the importance of properly storing cheese, as a way to ensure the incredible amount of time, skill, and resources poured by cheesemakers into their product doesn’t go to waste. The company imports packaging from Europe that preserves cheese in the state the cheesemakers intended it to be consumed, as well as implements such as cheese knives and boards."
