We take great care in manufacturing and transporting our products.  We will always do our best to ensure your order arrives on time and in excellent condition. Orders

Although orders can be placed 24 hours a day, seven days a week, at the Formaticum online store, we are closed on weekends.

Most orders will ship the following business day after the order was placed. You will receive an order confirmation via e-mail once your order has been received. You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail once your order has been processed for shipping. This confirmation e-mail will include the tracking number for your package; please allow 24 hours from when you receive this email for the tracking information to update with your selected shipping vendor.

Free Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping for orders that meet the following criteria:

  • The shipping address must be within the contiguous United States. Unfortunately, this free shipping offer does not apply to international orders.
  • The order subtotal must equal or exceed $50 after all discounts and promotions have been applied.

Free Shipping Method

The shipping method will be standard ground shipping unless otherwise stated during checkout.

Free Shipping Exclusions

The following orders are not eligible for the free shipping offer:

  • Any order that does not meet the $50 minimum subtotal after discounts have been applied.
  • Wholesale orders.

Domestic Shipping

We ship via UPS and USPS to anywhere within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska.  Shipping charges are figured based on your order's weight, the size of the shipping box, the destination's zip code, and the type of delivery service chosen (UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day, UPS 2 Day, UPS Overnight, USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail).  You can select your desired shipping method during the checkout process.  Please note that UPS cannot ship to PO Boxes, so please select USPS as your shipping option for delivery to a PO Box.

International Shipping

Orders being shipped to destinations outside of the US may be placed online. However, please note that we do not collect customs and duty at checkout, and you might be required to pay these expenses before the selected carrier will deliver your order. Payment Options

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and payment via Apple and Google Pay. We do not ship C.O.D. All prices are subject to change without notice. The listed prices do not include the cost of delivery and applicable taxes. Sales taxes will automatically be added to all applicable purchases.

Out of Stock items

If a particular item on your order is out of stock, we will contact you by e-mail to notify you and find out how you wish to proceed.

Returns

We strive to provide only the highest quality, professional-grade products, and exceptional service. We understand that situations may arise where you must return an item. This return policy specifically addresses returns for cheese packaging products, taking into consideration health and safety regulations.

Unopened Product Returns

We accept returns of unopened cheese packaging products within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

    1. The product must be in its original packaging and unused condition.
    2. The product's packaging must not have been tampered with or opened.

If your unopened cheese packaging product meets these criteria, you may initiate a return by contacting our customer support team. Please provide your order details, including the item(s) you wish to return. Once we receive your request, we will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping label.

Opened Product Returns

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for cheese packaging products that have been opened. We prioritize the health and safety of our customers and adhere to strict quality control guidelines. Therefore, once a cheese packaging product has been opened, we cannot resell or redistribute it due to potential contamination risks.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a cheese packaging product that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We may require you to provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect. Our customer support team will assess the situation and provide you with options for resolution, such as a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping

If your order is eligible to be returned and was not received due to a mistake or our fault, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We will provide a return shipping label and deduct the cost from your refund. If you prefer, you are welcome to ship returns with your own label; we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item. The original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds and Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect the returned unopened cheese packaging product and determine if the condition of the returned products meets sections 1.1 and 1.2, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued using the original payment method within five (5) business days. Please note that the processing time may vary depending on your financial institution.
